Local orders please email me with instructions on delivery (Pick up or delivery). All orders will be shipped via USPS priority mail with tracking confirmation. I will email you tracking information as soon as it is shipped. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
Returns will gladly be accepted if the product is defective. Please note that embroidery is permanent, double check all name spellings before you submit your order once its embroidered it is yours. No returns on items that are embroidered correctly according to the order.
